Safe house
Here in Chiang Rai we have many young people from surrounding village that want to attend high school or university but need a place to stay. Many of them are not Christian, so in my heart I want to open safe house for them, by renting a room for them at a cost of about 2,000 baht ($87.00 Aust) per month. We could house about 5 or 6 students in one room. They would get their education and we can outreach to them and disciple them and train them in music and help transform the lives of these young people.
At the moment there are 2 girls in particular who really need a safe place to live, as where they are now they are surrounded by violence and poverty. We have come to know these girls through our english classes outreach, and believe that God has brought these girls across our path for a reason, for us to intervene with love and hope- to show them God's love.
